Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.teesure.com.my and the services provided by Tee Sure Sdn Bhd (Company No. 200901003534), located at No.61 Jalan Puteri 5/10, Bandar Puteri Puchong, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your business”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order for products or services with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Tee Sure Sdn Bhd.

2. Services Offered

We specialize in the manufacturing and customization of a wide range of generic products (e.g., T-shirts, caps, mugs, pens, notebooks, etc.) through various printing technologies including, but not limited to, sublimation printing, silk screen printing, embroidery, DTF printing, UV printing, laser engraving, debossing, and embossing. We provide expert advice on the best value-for-money printing methods based on your design, fabric, and budget.

3. Ordering Process

  • Quotations: All quotations are estimates based on the information provided by the Client and are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on final artwork, product quantity, and production specifications.
  • Design Submission: Clients are responsible for providing high-resolution, print-ready artwork files in specified formats (e.g., AI, EPS, PDF, SVG). We may offer design assistance, which may incur additional charges.
  • Digital Proofing: A digital proof will be provided for your review and approval before production commences. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to thoroughly review the proof for accuracy, including but not limited to, design, layout, spelling, colors (understanding that on-screen colors may vary slightly from printed output), and product specifications.
  • Approval: Written approval (e.g., via email or our online system) of the digital proof is mandatory. Production will not begin until final approval is received. Once approved, any errors discovered after production due to uncorrected errors in the approved proof are the Client’s sole responsibility, and additional costs will be incurred for re-runs.

4. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

  • Client’s Artwork: The Client warrants that they own or have the necessary licenses/permissions to use all intellectual property (e.g., logos, trademarks, designs) provided to us for customization. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tee Sure Sdn Bhd against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from any alleged or actual infringement of third-party IPR related to the Client’s provided artwork.
  • Our Usage: By submitting artwork, the Client grants Tee Sure Sdn Bhd a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling the Client’s order and, with prior permission, for marketing and promotional purposes (e.g., portfolio display) unless explicitly requested otherwise by the Client.

5. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required upon order confirmation to commence production.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the order and before shipment or collection.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash payment, bank transfer and cheque.
  • Late Payments: A late payment fee of 2% per month may be applied to overdue invoices.

6. Production & Delivery

  • Production Lead Times: Standard production lead times are typically 14 business days after final proof approval and deposit payment. These are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, quantity, and current production schedules.
  • Rush Orders: Rush order options may be available at an additional cost, subject to production capacity.
  • Shipping: Delivery charges will be quoted separately. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure). Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
  • Collection: Clients may arrange for self-collection from our premises during business hours once the order is ready.

7. Quality Assurance & Returns

  • Quality Standard: We commit to providing products that meet the specifications outlined in your approved proof and our internal quality standards, utilizing state-of-the-art machinery and OEKO-TEX® certified inks for sublimation printing.
  • Customized Nature: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has commenced. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for client-approved designs or for products where errors were present in the approved proof.
  • Defects: In the unlikely event of manufacturing defects or errors not matching the approved proof (excluding minor color variations inherent in printing processes), you must notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order, providing clear photographic evidence. We will, at our discretion, either rectify the error, re-produce the affected items, or provide a partial refund.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are error-free.
  • Color Variations: Due to variations in monitor calibration, printing processes, and fabric types, minor color variations between digital proofs and the final printed product may occur and are not considered defects.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tee Sure Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by acts of God, war, riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, sabotage, governmental acts, material shortages, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, specifically in Selangor.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
