Apparel Printing
Embroidery
Utilizes specialized machines to stitch designs directly onto fabric using various colored threads. This process creates a raised, textured, and highly durable graphic that is integral to the material, offering a premium and sophisticated finish.
Exceptional durability, high-quality perceived value, dimensional look, long-lasting, resistant to fading/peeling.
Suitable For Product
Polo shirts, caps, jackets, workwear, bags, towels, patches, corporate apparel.
Silk Screen Printing
Ink is pushed through a finely woven mesh screen, acting as a stencil, onto the product’s surface. Each color requires a separate screen. Renowned for its vibrant color reproduction, excellent opacity, and cost-effectiveness for large production runs on various materials.
Vibrant colors, durable prints, cost-effective for bulk orders, wide range of ink types (special effects), versatile on many surfaces.
Suitable For Product
T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, signage, posters, athletic wear, promotional apparel.
Heat Transfer Printing
A design is digitally printed onto a special transfer paper or vinyl, then applied to the product using heat and pressure from a heat press. This method allows for intricate details and full-color images, making it suitable for smaller batches and personalized items.
Good for low quantities, full-color intricate designs, quick turnaround, versatile for various fabrics, no setup fees for each color.
Suitable For Product
Custom t-shirts (photo prints), jerseys with names/numbers, personalized apparel, small run promotional items.
Sublimation Printing
Specialized dyes are heated into a gas state and infused directly into polyester fibers (or polymer-coated items). The dye becomes part of the material, resulting in a print that is incredibly smooth, vibrant, permanent, and will not crack, peel, or fade.
Photo-quality prints, extremely durable, soft hand-feel on fabric, vibrant colors, no cracking/fading, full-bleed printing possible.
Suitable For Product
Performance wear, sportswear, all-over print t-shirts, mugs, mousepads, phone cases (coated), keychains (coated).
Puff Ink Printing
A specialized ink mixed with a heat-reactive additive. When heated, the ink expands, creating a soft, raised, and dimensional effect on the fabric. This adds a unique depth and feel, making designs stand out visually and texturally.
Adds a tangible 3D texture, creates a bold and unique look, soft to the touch and remains flexible, great for adding dimension to logos and lettering.
Suitable For Product
T-shirts, hoodies, caps, bags—perfect for brand logos, bold lettering, or simple, geometric designs that require a unique feel.
Reflective Printing
This method uses special inks or transfers containing glass beads or reflective pigments that light up when a direct light source hits them. It is highly effective for enhancing visibility in low-light conditions and is popular for its modern, safety-conscious aesthetic.
Great for nighttime visibility and safety, provides an eye-catching and futuristic look, durable and flexible, maintains reflectivity after washing.
Suitable For Product
Activewear, safety uniforms, event apparel, sportswear, running gear, street fashion.
Glitter Printing
This process involves mixing glitter particles with a clear adhesive or ink, which is then screen-printed onto the fabric. The result is a dazzling, textured finish that captures and reflects light, perfect for adding a fun and glamorous aesthetic to apparel.
Creates a sparkly, eye-catching finish, the shimmer is durable and withstands washing, perfect for adding a bit of flair to logos or text, wide variety of colors and glitter sizes available.
Suitable For Product
Fashion apparel, event merchandise, brand merchandise, dance team uniforms, cheerleading uniforms, children’s clothing.
Foil Ink Printing
This screen-printing technique involves applying a clear adhesive ink to the fabric in the desired design shape. A sheet of metallic foil is then heat-pressed onto the adhesive, leaving a brilliant, mirror-like metallic finish that is smooth to the touch and eye-catching.
Provides a premium, high-end look, available in various metallic colors (gold, silver, holographic), offers a smooth and durable finish that lasts through washes.
Suitable For Product
Fashion apparel, band merchandise, event shirts, luxurious brand merchandising, formal or trendy clothing.
Plastisol Printing
As one of the most common screen-printing methods, plastisol uses a PVC-based ink that sits on top of the fabric’s fibers. This provides excellent opacity and vivid color reproduction, making it ideal for printing bright designs on dark garments.
Exceptional color vibrancy, great opacity on dark fabrics, durable and long-lasting, resistant to cracking and fading, excellent for fine details and sharp edges.
Suitable For Product
T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, uniforms, team apparel, tote bags—it’s the industry standard for most custom apparel.
High Density Printing
This technique applies multiple, thick layers of plastisol ink through a specialized screen to build up a design that is significantly raised from the fabric’s surface. The result is a durable, tactile, and visually striking three-dimensional effect with sharp, clean edges.
Provides a visually striking and tactile 3D texture, creates a premium and custom look, very durable and resistant to cracking and fading when properly cured.
Suitable For Product
Polo shirts, caps, outerwear, and any garment where a logo or design needs to physically stand out with a solid, high-quality feel.
Crackle Printing
Crackle printing uses a specialized ink that is designed to intentionally break apart and “crackle” as the garment is stretched or worn. This results in a unique, distressed, and vintage-looking finish that gives the impression of a well-worn, aged design.
Provides a unique and one-of-a-kind texture, popular and trendy aesthetic in streetwear, allows for controlled “aging” to achieve a desired look.
Suitable For Product
T-shirts, hoodies, and streetwear apparel where a vintage, distressed, or grunge effect is desired.
Flock Printing
Flock printing involves screen-printing an adhesive onto the fabric in the shape of the design. Tiny fibers, known as flock, are then applied and adhered to the wet adhesive, creating a soft, plush, and tactile suede-like surface that is both visually appealing and unique to the touch.
Delivers a unique, soft, and luxurious feel, creates a distinct raised effect with a matte finish, very durable and doesn’t fade easily with proper care, available in many vibrant colors.
Suitable For Product
Sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, children’s clothing, fashion apparel, and custom pieces where a high-end, tactile finish is desired.
